We care about our customers and vendors here at Glamazar, and we wish you all the best experiences while interacting with other users. With that being said, we’ll get straight to the point and keep this short and simple: we take your safety seriously.

Though you should always be vigilant and aware of your surroundings, we implore you to be cautious with mobile services. Whether you (the customer) are expecting a mobile service provider at your home or office, or you (the vendor) are traveling to your customer’s designated place of service, you should proceed with caution when engaging with people you don’t know.

To help you safely enjoy and/or provide Glamazar marketplace services, please keep the following tips in mind:

  • Tell someone you trust where you are going and what you are doing. Inform them of the expected start and end time of your appointment.
  • Customers, make sure you know exactly who you’re expecting and what vehicle they are arriving in. Vendors, ensure you are traveling to a safe place to provide the service.
  • We strongly suggest the customer and vendor have a phone conversation (or even a video call) before the scheduled mobile service appointment.
  • Do your research. You can learn a lot from a quick Google search.
  • If something doesn’t “feel right”, go with your gut! It’s better to be safe than sorry.
